Binghamton High School Cheer Team

The Binghamton High School cheerleading team had the time of their lives this past weekend, while also completing a first for the Binghamton City School District.

The team became the first cheer team in school history to make it to the National High School Cheerleading Championship. The competition took place February 10-12 at Disney World, and the BHS cheer team traded the chilly Southern Tier winter air for the comforts of Florida for a couple days!


While they did not advance, the team still finished strong by earning their highest ever score – 87.2 out of 100.
