It's not often that students get to step out of the classroom in the middle of the day to catch a college basketball game, but some Binghamton students were among hundreds from across the area to be treated to the energy of the Binghamton University Events Center.
Dozens of MacArthur Elementary and Binghamton High School students attended Binghamton University's first ever Beyond the Classroom Youth Day on Thursday, featuring the Bearcat Women's basketball team squaring off against Bryant University.
The experience featured kid-friendly music, interactive video board spots, and more. Students even got to meet Baxter the Bearcat! As you can see below, the students had an amazing time!
