If you choose to enroll in person, you may select enrollment packets below that can be mailed or dropped off at Registration, 98 Oak St.

All students entering the Binghamton City School District for the first time, or moving back into the district, can register online or at the Pupil Services Office located at 98 Oak Street behind Binghamton High School. Enrollment forms are available in the Pupil Services Office, can be mailed to parents/guardians upon request, or printed using the links on the right side of this page.

If you are choosing to register online, please have the necessary documents ready, including birth certificate, proof of residency, immunization records and parental photo identification.

Click the button below to begin the online registration process and welcome to the Binghamton City School District! Once all registration forms have been completed, you should expect a call from the Registration Office within 48 hours with more information/next steps.

If you are filling out a form that was printed or mailed to you,  please return the filled out form and proof of other required documents (parent/guardian identification, proof of student(s) age, proof of residency, immunization records, custodial papers if applicable) to the Office of Attendance and Pupil Services at 98 Oak Street. After all necessary documents are turned in, your child's school building will reach out to you with more information and a start date.

Student registration can take place year-round, but the district offers families who wish to register for Kindergarten to do so at their child’s future elementary school during two designated weeks in March/April. These are posted on the district calendar.

Registration for Pre-Kindergarten can also be completed at the Pupil Services Office located at 98 Oak Street behind Binghamton High School or using the On-line registration button above. Enrollment forms are also available in the Pupil Services Office, able be mailed to parents/guardians upon request, or printed/filled out using the link below.

Registering for Pre-Kindergarten does not guarantee a slot in a Pre-Kindergarten program nor location of your choice. Prior to the completion of registration and assignment to a pre-Kindergarten classroom, families must complete a request form for either a 3 or 4-year-old Pre-Kindergarten program and return it to the Pupil Services Office at 98 Oak Street. Once this form is received, along with a completed registration form, the family will be contacted regarding the availability of the program.
