Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten registration will take place at all elementary buildings from June 8 - June 29. Registration will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Families will register their students at the elementary building within their residential school zone during this time. Drop boxes will be available at all locations.

After June 29, Kindergarten registration will take place at the Pupil Services Office located at 98 Oak Street, Binghamton. In an effort to provide continued safety measures due to COVID-19 for our families and our school district personnel, we ask you to follow these guidelines:

Please call our Registrar, Carol Majka at 762-8114 or Audra Kolosna at 762-8118 to schedule an appointment.
Only one adult family member per household to enter the Pupil Services Office. No children, please. Face masks are required for all individuals entering the office.

Parental identification, proof of age (birth certificate), residency (two forms), and immunization records are required at the time of registration. For more information, call 762-6014 or 762-8114.


1. PROOF OF IDENTITY (for the Parent or Legal Guardian):
Passport, Certificate of Citizenship, Certification of Naturalization, Unexpired Driver’s License, ID card with picture issued by federal, state or local government.

2. PROOF OF CUSTODY (Where applicable):
Legal Court Papers, District Care & Custody Form, or Letter from Department of Social Services state student is in care of the county and residing in foster care.

3. PROOF OF RESIDENCY (Two items):
Utility Bill, Credit Card Statement showing parents/guardians name and address, signed Lease Agreement showing name and address, Notarized letter from landlord.

Birth Certificate, Passport, Baptismal Records

• Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoid Containing Vaccine and Pertussis Vaccine (DTaP/DTP/TdapDPT): four or more doses
• Polio Vaccine: three or more doses
• Measles, Mumps & Rubella Vaccine (MMR): one dose
• Hepatitis B Vaccine: three doses
• Varicella (Chicken Pox) Vaccine: two doses.

Students may obtain immunizations from their family physician or from the Broome County Health Department located at 225 Front Street.
